The RTD calibrator, model PCE-RTD 20, was designed to simulate resistors and resistance temperature sensors. This allows you to use the RTD calibrator as a calibrator of temperature measuring devices. In addition to simulating resistances, the RTD calibrator has a function for measuring voltage, current and resistance. These two functions work independently of each other. In addition, the two connections are galvanically separated.
The RTD calibrator integrates different characteristic curves for RTD sensors, which allows thermometers of different types to be correctly calibrated. The accuracy of the RTD calibrator is 0.02% for all functions and for all ranges. In addition to determining the temperature or resistance value, the PCE-RTD 20 allows you to work in Rampa mode. The user can decide to use Ramp mode continuously or at set intervals.
The RTD calibrator is equipped with a mini USB port through which you can charge the battery and which is also used to transfer measured values.

* In the measurement mode of 4 cables, a resolution of 0.01 Ω is possible, on one range from 0 ... 1600 Ω. The indicated accuracy is applicable to the 4-cable measurement mode. Measuring 3 cables increases the inaccuracy by 1ºC (Pt10/Cu10), 0.6ºC (Pt50/Cu50) and 0.4ºC (for the rest of the models). |
