The PCE-ECT 50 earth controller is a portable device. Its solid and ergonomic structure allows the user to work easily with. It can quickly detect the resistance of the earth. In addition, it can check whether the masses are connected to each other.
In order to guarantee a correct reading, the earth controller has a large multicolor LCD display that is easy to read. The installation status is also displayed on the screen. If the installation is in order, the screen remains blue. In the case of a faulty installation, the background of the earth controller screen will become red. The earth controller has a reading unit that you can plug into a socket, and a security tip that is connected in the lower part of the reading unit. The safety tip has a cable length of approximately 7 m.
