Tension and non-voltage lines detection The PCE-CL 20 cable detector allows the location of voltage or off-voltage lines. This allows to locate, for example, short circuit and connection to the electric board. It also detects electrical cables, and also gas and water lines located in walls or under ground (the pipe must be metallic). This is why it is advisable to use a cable detector to analyze the wall before making a hole. The cable detector consists of two devices: a receiver and a transmitter.

The cable detector can be coupled to several transmitters, which allows you to quickly identify the different ends of a multi-brand cable. You can work with up to 8 transmitters simultaneously. The delivery content includes a single transmitter. We offer other transmitters as an optional accessory.

You can work with the cable detector even in places with low brightness, as both devices have an LED flashlight to illuminate the area. In addition to the flashlight, the receiver has a screen backlight.
