Lithium Ion is today’s battery technology, which saves energy, burns less fuel. A Lithium battery, maintained correctly, can aim for a life of 10 years. They can be discharged almost completely (from 90% to 100%) without degrading. The voltage curve of a Lithium battery is flat throughout the discharge. This means that a battery charged to 20% will almost provide the same voltage as a battery charged to 80%. This avoids pressure drop problems specific to Plomb batteries and enables constant energy to be delivered to the application it supplies.
