This thickness gauge measures layer thickness in a non-destructive manner. The thickness gauge is measured on ferrous and non-ferrous metal substrates. It can be used for several areas of application in the industrial sector, such as quality control, manufacturing of parts, but also on a private scale, such as painting verification of a used vehicle. The thickness meter covers measurements without damaging the part.

Another advantage of this thickness gauge and the possibility of recording the measurement values. It has a memory of 30 groups that can each record 50 values. Once you have downloaded the data, you can select each group individually. All the values of the series will be indicated in a table, the properties (ferrous or non-ferrous) and the thickness. The software provides you with information on the number of measurements in a group, the MIN/MAX values of each group, and the average value. The delivery content of the thickness gauge included the software and USB cable to transfer the data.

The thickness gauge is supplied with calibration standards. Thanks to this, it is possible that the user calibrates the device himself. We also offer an optional ISO calibration certificate.
