Since its introduction, the SUNBEAMsystem Tough series has been the absolute winner of several tests in real conditions. Thanks to the wide range of different models, the Tough series offers a universal solution for many applications. The Tough surface is the preferred choice for the pleasure industry, but also for more industrial off-grid applications. All Tough models are equipped with SunpowerTM Maxeon cells with an efficiency of 22.5% or more.

The surface of the Tough series is extremely durable and resistant to high and long UV exposures. It transmits more light than standard materials, contributing to higher daily production. The rib profile offers a stable grip when you walk on the panel, but also captures more light in the weak sun angles. In addition, the Tough 55W, 78W and 111W models, built-in or junction housing, are equipped with SUNBEAMsystems' Shadow Optimized protected technology, improving performance under partially shaded conditions.

Robust models with a Flush flat power cable are by far the best choice for marine installations. The anti-slip profile offers a safe and practicable surface, without any cable on which to stumble. The simple thickness of only 3 mm allows a perfect installation on a yacht bridge. For laying, we presume double-sided adhesive tape or flexible glue like the Sikaflex 291i or 591 white.
