The Blue Smart IP22 charger provides wireless connectivity via Bluetooth, allowing monitoring of voltage and current, changing settings and updating the charger with new features available.
High efficiency:
With an efficiency of up to 94%, these chargers produce up to four times less heat than industrial standards. In addition, once the battery is fully charged, energy consumption is reduced to only 0.5 Watt, five to ten times better than industrial standards.
Adaptive charging algorithm at 6 steps:
The Blue Smart charger includes an adaptive charge management system controlled by a microprocessor. This automatically optimizes the charging process according to battery use.
Standby mode:
The watch mode activates when the battery has not been requested for 24 hours. In standby mode, the voltage is reduced to minimize the gas and corrosion of positive plates, thus preventing premature battery ageing.
Lithium-ion battery charge (LiFePO4):
LiFePO4 batteries are loaded with a specific algorithm, simplifying the charging process.
NIGHT and LOW configurations:
In NIGHT or LOW mode, the output current is reduced to 50% maximum of the nominal output, and the charger works silently. These modes can be adjusted automatically or manually.
Overheat protection:
The output current is adjusted in the case of high temperature, thus avoiding overheating failures.
Condition indication with eleven LED:
The different load phases are indicated by LEDs, providing clear monitoring of the load process.
