Mastervolt Alternator - Alpha 12V/130A with Pro III load controller
The alternator already installed on the main engine is designed to charge the start battery. Thus, the combination is not ideal for a fast and complete load of other batteries, especially if you want to load them for a short time or when they require a little more power.
There are two options to solve this problem:
Equipment the standard alternator of a load controller. This will ensure that the existing alternator works according to the 3-step charging technology instead of its 1-step standard method: the batteries will be loaded faster and faster.
Choose a second Alpha power alternator with load controller. This combination is specifically designed for charging service batteries and allows you to quickly load and stop your engine if you are at your destination.

Alpha alternators are equipped with several fasteners to adapt to customer custom supports.
Standard alternators do not provide nominal capacity only to an adequate engine speed. The Alpha Mastervolt alternator is specially designed to provide full load power even at low speed.
Forced cooling through the pulley fan action provides a lot of power at high temperatures.
